Hotel Bertaso - Chapeco

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The hotel also provided a welcome drink and a happy hour, which added a nice touch to my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and the room had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was happy with the size of the rooms which were very reasonably priced. the hotel's location was very convenient for me, being close to the city center and tourist attractions. Lastly, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which was a big plus for me.

The decor of the hotel was quite outdated and could use some renovation. the breakfast offered was below my expectations and there were not many options available.

Located in the heart of the buzzing area, this ornate, colonial-style hotel is surrounded by an array of delicious restaurants. the expansive beds make for an extremely comfortable stay, and the staff are amicable and obliging, providing unrivalled service. Not to mention the scrumptious breakfast served every morning, truly one of the highlights of the day. the high-rise rooftop with panoramic views is a great retreat to savour refreshing beverages, entertain works of local musicians, and feel the city pulsate.

Although the hotel possesses remarkable facilities, one downside could be that some of the rooms might need refurbished furniture and rugs to keep up with the modern decor.

My partner and I had a romantic getaway at a charming hotel with an old-world colonial style. The suite-style rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were delighted to have a beautiful rooftop restaurant with indoor and outdoor views of the city where we could enjoy a delicious meal. Additionally, the hotel was located in a prime spot with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers.

While the decor was clean, it was a bit dated, and the linens could use an update. We also had trouble with the safe in our room, and the breakfast was average. the experience was lovely, but a few minor updates could definitely elevate the hotel's status.

I also loved the cleanliness of this hotel and the great breakfast they served every morning. this hotel had excellent facilities and provided me with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
